Dear Fellow Homeowners,
During the last 6 years the HOA RESCOM (your Residents Committee) and the Association Board have approved and executed over $2 million dollars in major renovations to the common areas of St James Place, including a major upgrade and expansion of our lobby; the additional of a new lobby entrance; upgrades to our pool, deck and exercise facility; new carpeting and lobby/hallway painting throughout the building; and the complete repainting of the exterior of the building.

Two St. James Housekeepers honored with Spirit of Beaver Creek Award

Josefina Jimenez and Maria Rodriguez were both recipients of the 2017 Spirit of Beaver Creek Award.  With their 35 years of combined excellence and hard work, the St. James is proud to have these ladies as a part of the team.   Bill MacFarlane the Senior Director of Hospitality Operations and Flor Hernandez the St. James Executive Housekeeper were able to celebrate with them on this joyous night.

General Managers Letter- No 2016 Bonus Weeks


Dear St. James Place Owners,

It is that time of year again and we are looking forward to our Annual Meeting of Members on October 3, 2015 at the St. James Place and getting set up for what we hope will be another busy offseason of upgrades and improvements.

Included in this mailing along with the vital election material is a summary of the proposed 2016 operating budget as well as the reserve schedule for capital projects in 2016.

Residential Committee Election Notice. Application for owners

The St. James Place Condominium Association is looking for owners interested in running for the one Residential Committee seat, the term of which expires in October, 2015.

Candidates that are interested should be able to attend four meetings a year, in January, April, August and October. The seat is a three-year term. There will be a complimentary room available for your use during the meetings with a two-night maximum and a maximum $500.00 travel allowance for each meeting.
